Sling and Cloth Nappy Library

What is a Sling/Nappy library?

Like traditional book libraries and toy libraries, our sling and Nappy libraries’ main role is to loan out slings, carriers and reusable Nappy bundles. We also offer advice and information on how they are used and which will be best suited to your needs.

The ACE Nappy and Sling Library is run by volunteers and we meet on a Tuesday between 10-12 at the ACE Lounge.

Our sling and cloth nappy library runs alongside our Little Poppets baby group for expectant parents and babies up to 18 months.

You are of course welcome to join for a sling meet. Sling Meets which are more informal gatherings of sling lovers who meet to socialise and share information about their slings, carriers and experiences.

At the same time as the Library, Breastfeeding consultants from NCT are available, just pop in, no appointment needed.

Self-weighing scales are available in the community lounge from Tuesday to Sunday for reassurance between Health visitor checks.
